Autumn sunset

I've already decided that one of my resolutions for next year will be to watch more sunrises and sunsets. But 1st January is such an arbitrary time to start a new habit. There is no reason not to start today. That way it's already a habit by the time the new year comes round.

There is so much of our modern lives that is artificial. Slowing down and tuning in to the cycles of natures gives a great sense of perspective.
