Lazy day

A visit to see a nurse practitioner at the primary care centre today, as I still haven’t shaken off the ‘super cold’. Anyway, the nurse was very thorough and is sending me off for an X Ray. I must say that this ‘Care Where It Counts’ (CWIC) same day appointment pilot, which gives quick and speedy access, is a super idea and works brilliantly. 

The rest of the day has been chilling in front of the telly.
