Looking down

The day started out cloudy and immensely warm. Around noon it got very dark and we had some thunder and heavy rain showers,  followed by some time  of more gentle rain. I got out, put on a rain cape and my bath slippers and started cleaning my sun chair and part of the balcony. So much easier with the rain coming down from the sky...  No need to go back and forth through my house to fetch water. At least, not as much.

The rain stopped too soon for my liking, I could've used another hour of it. As soon as the rain stopped, the sun came out again. Even though it had cooled down, it still was too hot to continue the cleaning work. So that will have to keep till another time.

I thought I'd present another look on my balcony, this was shot from my bedroom window. You can also see the garden of my downstairs neighbour. She does not like a cultivated garden. She leaves it pretty much the way it is.
