An almost full house
We went to the cinema this morning. Twice a month there is a showing for U3A members at a reduced price. We have been once before to see Oppenheimer, today it was Paddington in Peru.
The first time there was only a couple of other patrons present, this time they just streamed in and it was about 90% full.
The review wasn’t that positive but we enjoyed it. We have visited Peru on holiday and Paddington Station many times over the years, so lots of memories were shared.
In order to fit things in we had to call in by R & S’s place to do a loo break for Olive, then head for the cinema. We got a few things from Tesco’s, before picking up my meds from the GP practice. We collected Olive on the way home and fed the cats that were protesting that they were hungry.
S came round for dinner after work. A busy interesting day.
