Salisbury Crags

Had occasion to wander down the Royal Mile earlier this morning - passed a couple of my favourite buildings along the way: the Scottish Poetry Library (see 1st extra), and the Scottish Parliament (see 2nd extra) ...

... but I particularly liked  the view (and the light-conditions) as I looked down one of the vennels, across to Salisbury Crags, which loom-up in the far background of the main snap :-)
