SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS

I decided my best bet today was to blip some local wildlife from the bedroom window, so it was either seagulls or the cat over the road. As the cat was in the middle of a lengthy toilette which it would have been rude to interrupt it had to be the gulls.

It's a Wild Girls' meeting tonight but I've seen so many apologies on our WhatsApp group, mostly because of nasty colds, that I think there'll only be about three of us there. I might have to go above and beyond in order not to leave our hostess with too many leftover biscuits. Our topic is "something in your wardrobe you can't throw away", which is almost everything in my case. I've dug out a skirt I bought from Dorothy P. in about 1977 which I was wearing when I met Beloved C. (Sentimental? Moi?) The waistline is tiny - size 12, but the sizes were much smaller then. I'd have to forgo an awful lot of biscuits before I could ever think of fitting into it again.
