Frosty morning

It was beautiful this morning.  I cycled to work while Mr R did the nursery and school run. It was -5 so I was wrapped up. 

The wildlings have to leave for cheerleading soon. 

I plucked up the courage to go to the doctors for my thinning hair and I have psoriasis on my scalp. I now want to go and hide under a rock. I feel quite upset.  I've got loads of bald spots. It's at least a 4 month wait for dermatology.  Bloods we're taken but I feel absolutely shi#. I knew i was losing a load of hair but I didn't realise how bad. Maybe I should do a Britney Spears.
