Today, I am not sure what happened. I meant to go out and I even had a plan as I looked back a week and remembered my solo excursion to the beach and how much joy it had brought me but I couldn't quite muster the energy.

I did manage to mail a painting at the post office and buy some lunch. Later I wrote a blog and I made a good dinner and took some photos that I liked but other than that the day just came and went.
