What more can I say!
Miserable day, warm studio - why even venture outside other than to collect yet another armful of wood for the fire! (ashes to go on the garden later)
Did I mention good book? Am enjoying Barbara Kingsolver's "Flight Behaviour"
Painting going well. Should complete my contribution to the 30 by 40 exhibition in two weeks time. Will blip the event!
Last night feeling the need for a good old fashioned pudding I made a rice pudding. I had heard a recipe on the radio using aborio rice, coconut milk etc. So I had a go and it was very nice. I used a tablespoon of honey to sweeten it. The only mistake I made was to bake it thus losing the lovely creamy texture that the risotto rice has. Next time.......
