What a load of stars

Having the afternoon watching the athletics on the tv one year on from the Olympics.
What an amazing year and great to relive it with so many awesome, inspirational sports men and women.
Had a tough circuits session this morning but good to stick with it.
Also sticking with the cold shower therapy. Getting pretty used to them now. How about you Jeff?
