I spotted the entrepreneur on the right as I was on the bus home today. In the space of just a few seconds we locked eyes and smiled at each other, I signalled that I’d like a picture of him if that was ok, and he gave me the thumbs up, then struck his peace sign pose. I took the picture - including the passer-by looking back to see who the sign-holder was communicating with. And then the moment passed and the bus moved on.

I wish I knew more about this man’s story, and how I could have helped him with £1.

Maybe he should’ve added a QR code to his sign?
