Morning glow

Some fantastic light across the Bristol Channel on the Welsh coast as I was drinking my cup of tea in bed this morning.  I leapt out of bed, screwed the long lens on my camera and took a few shots out of the bedroom window.

Still knackered today, but less done in by the meetings I had, and I also managed a walk down to the doctors and back, for my flu and Covid jabs - and helped Tim check all our bathroom tiles that we had delivered in the afternoon.

Grateful to my brother today, for stepping in to take my Mum to one of her hospital appointments next week.  I was supposed to take her to two - but have had to concede that I really can't drive anywhere at the moment, given my exhaustion levels.  Feeling a bit better for being relieved of the responsibility, although bad for my brother who is facing his own health issues and now has a 400 mile trip thrown into the mix.

In other news, today was my youngest nephew's 21st birthday.  21, how did that happen?!
