...and the pub looked inviting. The theme today for Wide Wednesday is lamps/lights and walking down from the village square at 4:30 pm these had just come on! Thanks for hosting Bob.

It felt like the return of Bert this morning , with heavy rain and winds, but apparently it's a new one called Storm Conall. We are watching the shipping forecast quite closely as we have a planned ferry journey this Friday, crossing the Channel and Bay of Biscay to Santander. I got some additional Stugerone, just in case it's a bit rocky on the water!
