More from the gaming weekend and my 4th play of Through Ice & Snow - seeking the Northwest Passage around America.  

It all seemed to be going reasonably well, then it became clear that we were collectively pretty much out of fuel.  Despite briefly towing a couple of the ships in the fleet, we died one step away from the finish line.

Not a problem.  We went on to rebuild Rome, stop an escaping convict, and chase squirrels up a mountain, such is the variety in boardgames today.
