Queen Vic at the Foot o' the Walk - that's the location rather than the Wetherspoons pub of the same name which seems to have recently closed? Didn't spot that happening..... The person standing in front of Boots (to the left) is actually singing into a mic, with a backing track - much too loud and insufficiently in tune for my taste. Lady to the right probably scurrying away as fast as possible.
Anyway, according to the plaque on QV's plinth, she 'entered' Leith on 3rd Sept 1842 (see here here for a bit more info). Apparently she came by sea but didn't arrive into Leith Harbour since it was judged to smell too awful, so she came in via Granton!
