Surprise visitor.

Thanks to MrC for spotting the heron on next door’s garage roof.
A shout to me, and I quickly grabbed my camera not knowing what to expect.
What a surprise. It stayed long enough for me to take a couple of photos, through the window, before flying off.
I wonder if it was on the way to the pond as there is no water round here.
