Today dales exchanged on hers n stu's new pad.

It is stunning and immediately feels like a forever home.

We have a few bottles of fizz to celebrate. Husband joins us after his three course lunch at the vineyard.

Ellie is taller than the door frames which gives us an indication of how much ducking stu is going to be doing. I think it will take a few bangs before he remembers automatically.

We walk up to The Lord Lyon to check out one of our new watering holes and decide to stay for tea.

Husband thought he would order what would be a small item - having already had lunch his in fact turned out to be the largest of them all.

A beautiful day. Awesome new pad and great friends n company.

Jan and Tony will eventually be moving into a lodge in the garden and are also beside themselves with excitement.

Many happy times are going to be spent in the new pad.
