Tea Time

I’m chopping away with veg and chicken and I can feel the eyes on me due to the fact it’s time to ‘feed me’ !

Was back at my Gym today for a weights/resistance/circuits class at 11. I’m enjoying these classes. The people that go aren’t ’gym bunnies’ and this particular pt that takes the class is very nice giving me alternatives to a few of the machines due to my knee issue. Plus she uses an 80s soundtrack and I told her that her music choice is v good!

I watched the Bake Off which I was a bit sad that the one that was consistently good and was my fav had a terrible final. Glad to hear they have secured a job in a Michelin restaurant. Well done. Was my fav.

My ears cringed every time the word liquorice was said with a ‘sh’ at the end ! Almost as bad or maybe worse than sounding the ‘L’ in almond lol! Given I used to work at Inveralmond House my ears cringed on a daily basis lol!

Another cringeworthy is when Scottish people say loch with a lock and Aukterarder and so on. I mean who doesn’t like an exaggerated ch!! Haha .
