Armed with shopping bags

Today I decided to take a bus to the local Retail Park, as I wanted to finish off my xmas gifts shopping.

I walked halfway as it was such a nice day, clear bright blue skies :-)

Spent a good while wandering in Next & TKMaxx……. spent more than intended, as always lol, but pretty much got everything done…..even bought wrapping paper, so I can crack on with wrapping whilst m still over here.

My plan is to take it all over with us when we stay at mine for a few days 8-12 Dec.
I’m looking forward to spending a few days in my own home & hopefully driving my car :-)

Treated myself to a Costa before going to catch the bus back…… i had quite a bit of stuff, 2 fairly heavy bags, hence arm ache tonight lol

I’m working hard with my arm, exercising it at least twice daily & applying Bio oil too.

I think you’ll agree the improvement in a week is pretty noticeable :-)
