Tuesday
Coffee and a walk with a friend this morning. For part of it, it was a distraction from this week but then she asked me how I was feeling about it and that set me off. Crying in public is not good and it seems to be getting a regular thing.
Back home and distracted myself with dot to dot. It's quite intense, you have to remember what 'hundred' you are on and they are quite small. I can only sit for about 15mins at a time as I start going cross eyed.
Got a message from my peer supporter cancelling tomorrow, which I was looking forward to the distraction and chat.
There have many tears this afternoon, just feeling so sad and panicky.
