Lean team

Up at ridiculous o'clock but there were delays on the trains again, so I didn't bother in trying to get to London. Gutted.

So it was a day on teams, which was hard work.

However, we had a really good meeting about continuous improvement and I think we're really in a good place. I had a bit of a bright idea at the end of day and put my hand up to owing something. It has got me quite excited.

I was amazed to still see come colour in the garden.
