Normal service has resumed…

In bed about 6.30 pm, awake and having a cuppa at 4.30am, reading the news, listening to Radio 4.

Eventually it became light, and what a nice day it was. Still, sunny, and a bit nippy. JR didn’t go to the gym because she hadn’t booked today’s, and anyway, she wanted to go and get the shopping in before anything else. But it was awkward for booking, with the time difference, it meant booking at 4am in Bangkok. Which she did manage a couple of times!

I took Archie out round the Links. All the washing has been done, so life is back to ho-hum normal.
