My mornings always starts the same way at work right now: Localise the Amaryllis and Hyacinths and place them on the large table in the shop area. Then, if anything else will need fixing, do that. Afterwards I start with my own projects. :)
Two down, six more to go, when I took this photo. When my work hours were done, eight little snow people were hot glued together (and my 'fear' of the glue gun is finally over!), with their scarves (since the Greenhouse can be rather chilly at times). One got sticks as arms, and a hat he's holding up a bit (to say a polite hello).I got busy and didn't have time to take a photo of him before I left, since the boss wanting to buy a wooden fir tree (like the one in the photo, top right) came by and we talked for a little while. He'd pick his up later and I told him more were being made, because it sounded like his coworker wanted one too. I tried to catch her several times during my day, but she's fast :D and I'd got occupied with other people. So, it was good I could tell him to tell her. :)
I kept going with my snow people, just glueing the scarves down and placing all of them in their little jar home. Except for the one with the hat. I left that one for my coworker to use in the jar she's going to put together.
My boss hasn't had the time to buy 'snow' spray, so we're just making one jar with a snowman and a carved tree for tomorrow evening, just to show what's coming, if my boss doesn't have the time after work today.
Tomorrow I'll be making more arrangements with different plants, for sale right away, so I probably wont have the time to knit hats for more snow people. But, my coworker and I thought we could make them for next Wednesday instead.
My bus was 20 minutes late... or cancelled, since the next one arrives after a little more than 20 minutes. Thankfully it wasn't raining, snow storm, cold winds, or anything like that. Just annoying... :D
