Fasting bloods …

My GP’s surgery is on the top floor of Boots; hence the photograph.

The great thing about having a fasting blood test is the breakfast afterwards; the not so great thing is paying £24.00 for the nurse to take the blood! But lets’s focus on the positive… I had the biggest bowl of Guernsey bean jar you can imagine straight after I left the surgery. Thank goodness I hadn’t eaten since about 5 o’clock yesterday evening or I wouldn’t have made a dent in it.
