Virginia Beach Vacation …

… Day 4.

As my brother (Dave) had a couple of appointments this morning it left us with some time on our hands. 

So we used the opportunity to explore some of parks in the area.  Richard had done some research and found Williamson Nature preserve.  We spent about an hour here walking some of the trails.  It was lovely. 

My brother was due back at his house by 11:00 and we met back up there after our walk.   We visited for a little bit here before heading out to lunch (our treat this time!) at The Farmhouse.  We had a leisurely lunch before heading back to Dave’s … where we packed up our things and started our journey back to Virginia Beach. 

We were back to our resort in plenty of time to see another gorgeous sunset … see Extra.

My main photo is of one of Dave’s cats … Scar.  He has three cats altogether … which I think is funny as he was always a “dog person”!
