Woody

Along with the other garden birds and Cyril, Woody turned up for his breakfast this morning, after going without yesterday, thanks to Bert. The storm has caused wide spread flooding around here, no trains running at all on our network yesterday evening and today. A friend found herself stranded in London last night and had to travel back to Bath by taxi!

A day spent working on the photobook project, and arranging appointments, including booking a service for the gas fire. When I phoned BG I was told the first available appointment wasn’t until June! Having only just added the extra cover for the fire to our policy, I said I wanted to cancel it as I needed the service before then. I was then transferred to the Retention Department and miraculously an appointment was found for...  Friday!! 

Thank you for your kind stars for yesterday’s stormy blip. Thankfully it’s been a much calmer day today, though colder, with sunshine and showers.
