Redwing

I have my husband to thank for spotting this beautiful Redwing in the garden this morning. I was dashing around getting ready to go to work but dropped everything and ran for my camera. I was so pleased to see it and to get some photos of it, I’ve never seen them in our garden before, what a treat!
As I closed the window, I scared it, and it’s four friends away, I hadn’t even seen the others, they were so well camouflaged and I was so intent on getting my shot.
