Yellow Fieldcap

We had a lovely warm and bright start to the day - I was out for a walk just after 8 a.m. 

I found this pair of little mushrooms growing at the side of the lane..and despite the brightness in the sky I needed a little boost of light from my LED panel - the lane has high hedges and the light hadn’t yet reached the ground.

I believe that they are Yellow Fieldcaps - something I had not noticed before until I saw a recent blip of some. Happy to be corrected if they are not these.

Back home, I put a load of washing in - thinking that it would dry outside in the warm breeze…sadly, after a few minutes the rain came down (again) and I finished up having to put them in the dryer :-(
