Herdwick Exhibition

There's been an photographic exhibition on Herdwick sheep over at the Rheged Centre for the past few weeks, and today was the final day - I'd been intending to go over and have a look at it and never got round to it. Today was my last chance, so I popped over mid-morning. What a magnificent exhibition, it had photos of Herdwicks, the Farmers who worked the land, their farms and the amazing landscape they worked in. All the prints were huge, but some of the panoramic shots were enormous. 

I was seriously tempted to buy the book from the exhibition, but at £155 it's not going to be an impulse purchase!

So glad I got there.
