Traffic not going anywhere in Phnom Penh in the build up to the national election. The current prime minister has been in place for several terms and is one of the world's longest serving leaders. This is the first time the opposition party has mounted such a big campaign to oust him, which is good for democracy, but does mean that the rallies are causing chaos in the streets.
