Ladybird Classics

I stumbled across a Facebook Group dedicated to the Ladybird classic books.

I have quite a lot from when I was young and then when Laura was young too in the 80s.

I went on a buying spree around 2011 when I was off work ill for three weeks, and discovered eBay! I consoled myself by buying up as many as possible . The postie was never away from the door !

I’ve found a fair few over the years too in junk shops etc. I really love the artwork in these ones here.

The snow disappeared and turned into a lovely day!

Walked into town and had some soup in one of the fav places for soup The Rose House. Met a friend in m and s and had a long chat. S and Lucca were in Nero so popped in for a coffee. Met Dennis, the old guy we chat to who is a regular . He’s an interesting guy.

Walk home and a quiet night.
