Hebridean Isles

Seen in this photo here at Tarbert, Harris now after 40 years in service for Caledonian Macbrayne in the Hebrides she has been retired, awaiting disposal in Glasgow. She was the first Calmac ferry built outside Scotland and launched sideways into the river at Selby, in Yorkshire. I sailed on her from Islay to Colonsay several times in summer.
