Enjoying a "scratch"

Still not much surf around (longest wave drought for years). Observed these two birds interacting this morning on my side fence. The main shows a bird enjoying the attention of another, "scratching" its' chest. The first Extra shows the darker bird, "scratching itself". The Extras culminate in them both scratching each other in the morning sun.
