Storm Bert arrived

And what can you do when it's pouring with rain on a Saturday? Shopping of course.

I went to Curry's to buy a house phone because we're getting digital voice with our new broadband connection. It's for our use only. I shan't be sharing the number. Risk of too much voice spam.

I also had to get Len's laptop checked. The screen had gone black and he was sure it wasn't working. That wasn't the issue. It had merely gone into hibernation  mode. I don't have a Windows PC so I didn't recognise the problem.
