We knew we'd get there someday

Cough still.hanging.  

I've discovered boiling water with honey is a.massive help.  Seems to clear the chest for short periods 

Hey ho. Himself wanted to go to Allotment this morning.  So much to do but the weather has not been obliging. 

I really didn't feel like it but I smiled, poo it on three layers of clothes and my coat and gloves and off we toddled 

I composted all the verbena and sunflowers and swetpeas. Smiled at my Brussels and leeks which are coming on a treat and then helped Si dispose of the sweet corn stalks, asparagus .... Not sure why it is still growing 

I took this as I took a seat waiting for Si.to.check out something the council was doing.   I sat and waited watching for him coming back in this direction and then he frightened me by appearing at my back. 

I had missed him walking past behind me in the sun 

After that we come home;  I drunk copius amounts of honey ... Himself suggested I bought squeeze honey from the supermarket.  I have made my way through two jars of his holiday honey 


Tonight I went out on a mercy mission. Himself laughing at me.  A wee doggie had been hit by a car and run off. It had been missing for Hours.  I knew the likelihood of me finding it and saving it would be remote but I felt useless sitting 

I had made my second stop when I spotted a post to say it had been recovered and was heading to the vets
