Unusual place to see a truck

On my bike ride home from a typically challenging final Hebrew exam and this truck was fitted with railway wheels and clearly making it easier for the workmen to carry their tools - but I did wonder how the truck actually makes it onto the rails in the first place - seems like it might be quite a palaver! Which is a funny word really because its root is the word for “words” in some languages - not sure words are enough to lift the truck onto the rails, but I digress. It is still 24 deg C here in DFW!
