Hebden Rising!

I enjoyed a really lovely evening in the apartment at Cononley; cosy in my pyjamas painting my nails watching Strictly Come Dancing.

An equally lovely morning doing a couple of crosswords and puzzles before a final balcony, blanket brew.

It was then onwards to Haworth for a wet, but great, stroll and look in the shops.

A picnic in the car at the top of the hill out of Oxenhope before dropping down into Hebden Bridge.

Hebden Bridge was eerily quiet following the rains of yesterday and the "get back to usual" goings on. It was still a pleasure to enjoy a drier stroll than in Haworth and look around the shops that had managed to reopen.

Now back at Mum and Dad's in front of the fire, with a cup of tea, ready for the Strictly results. I'm thinking Jamie to go home this week...but it gets harder and harder as the competition goes on.
