Omg just lost it all, why did I automatically click refresh.........

I've just got back from a weekend in Swansea at my daughter's and, because I'd left the heating at 14°, it's a bit cold in here so I'm on the settee with a throw!

I've had a lovely weekend with Rose and the grandchildren but obviously the weather has been vile.

On Saturday my daughter wanted to attend the anti-racism demonstration in Swansea so I looked after the boys. She arrived back after five hours absolutely soaked through and freezing cold, but she'd done her bit!

My daughter and son in law are separating, so things are not necessarily smooth at present, but I taught her how to be a single parent when she was growing up, so I'm sure she'll be okay ♡

I've been doing my knee exercises, so I'm halfway to it becoming a habit.
