Prep Time

Storm Bert was still around today but mainly as wind, and after a few days of cold weather and snow the temperature rose by nearly 20 degrees!  Still not a great day for going out though, so apart from doing a few things in the garden I didn't leave the house.

Time then, for an indoor blip.  Short of anything different this is just a shot of my prep for tonight's meal.  Hopefully it will be very tasty and enjoyable, and rather better than the meal I prepared last night.  I'm a confidant cook and like to experiment but sometimes things don't end up as I expected.  Let's just say last night's recipe was not a keeper!
