Chain Pier

A night in the pub with a few friends. Mine's the non alcoholic drink at the front :( Stupid tablets!

The last two sleepless nights caught up on me today; have been so tired. Came home after work and had an hour and half sleep. Had a panic attack last night ; first time in a few days and the chest pain came back.
Had an Dr appointment this morning and she said I could take my beta blockers as I feel an attack coming on..

Off on holiday tomorrow with Mum (!); a week in a caravan in Kippford Wifi is apparently really dodgy, but I am going armed with my laptop and camera so here's hoping. For my own sanity!
