Wreath

I reckon this is my first Christmas wreath of the year and it's a splendid one, which is only to be expected, as no. 8 Cluny Avenue goes in for splendid wreaths. Here is their wreath from last year, which I think stayed up more or less until this one appeared. I approve of wreaths and am in favour of spring, summer and autumn wreaths, and any other kind of wreath too. I should get my act together and have wreaths on my own front door all year round.

I blipped this on my way back from a trip to M&S on Princes Street to take some clothes back and buy some nuts and bread. I might have gone to John Lewis but the crowds put me off and I'll go another day. 

It was much milder today although we are promised Storm Bert later today and tomorrow.
