Spot the difference

 Browsing on Facebook when up popped the photo on the left, from 6 years ago. I realised with a shock that I was sat looking at almost the same view. Even the espresso cup was there. 
 How very boring that nothing much has changed....or does it just mean I'm content with how things are?
