Me in Dundee

Took a drive up to Dundee, and enjoyed all the sights and scenery on the way there and back from Dundee. Progress I keep a sleep note for my CPN and psychiatrist and through this they have added a sedative at night time medications for the time being. Other news is that I seem to be picking up every day and my bad days are getting less and less. I have an face to face appointment with my psychiatrist on the 6th of this month I cancelled my last appointment with her for a very good reason. Other news is that my pip is being reviewed by the Scottish side of things (this is a new thing) it's started on the 9th and I have not heard anything yet, so hopefully no news is good news.
