Show me a river

Well a full burn raging through the garden today courtesy of storm Bert.
The water chute was spouting all day long.
The inch and a half (35mm) of driving ( 100km peak) winds seem to have penetrated the outdoor lighting which is a disappointing performance.
I nipped out to the village for newspaper eggs and buns and we had a sunny spell at lunchtime.
Christmas vino / booze was delivered.
Dinner steak with mushroom PX sherry jus spuds and 3 greens.
