New volunteer

On the left is a well grown alder planting from Feb 2021, but to the right is a 30-40ft silver birch that has just appeared and grown unnoticed until now.  It joins the 2 apples, 2 swedish whitebeam and 1 yew tree that have all self-seeded with no obvious nearby source of seed.
