Up the top
Next door's field has become a lake after Storm Bert - luckily the cattle were removed a couple of days ago. Our house is behind the silage bales! An extra of the view in the other direction. It was wild with a ton of rain but we were lucky and had no electricity outages. It has become ridiculously mild and reached 15C today but the wind and rain has picked up again.
It's St Fanahan's feast day tomorrow and I'm meant to be going to North Cork, probably daft to even consider it, but I'll take a rain/wind/snow/ice check in the morning.
Hope everyone else in the line of Bert has kept snug and safe.
