A Big Sky Morning …

… which rapidly turned into a freezing cold, grey day. 

Living in our village is not easy for older people. So this morning I took a neighbour to visit her husband in hospital. Public transport to anywhere is a problem because you have to get down to the main Aigle station in the valley. Thank goodness I saw her walking to catch the bus the other day because she would never have asked for help. And this afternoon was a visit to a friend who has just finished her cancer treatments. A long haul but soon she will be in her beloved mountains again.

I had some great news this morning. My grandson-in-law (is that a phrase?)
has become a blipper. He is going to be a great addition to this site. Everything he does, he does with enthusiasm and determination. Here he is …
