Lots of oats

I do very little baking now but I do like to make flapjack. I use a mixture of jumbo oats and porridge oats, which works well.

We seem to have missed out on the snow. (I was amused by a photo our daughter sent - snow in Cornwall - such a rarity). But we had a very stormy morning and lots of rain. Of course Gordon went to the football - crazy! At least he went to Carlisle on the train - the motorway would not have been very pleasant.
