Seeded Soda Bread

A few weeks' ago I bought myself Tim Spector's Food for Life Cookbook as I eat mainly vegetarian food nowadays and I'm always looking for new ideas.  As it's raining this morning, I made Seeded Soda Bread which is full of nuts and seeds and is delicious.  MrHCB certainly approves.  I'll have to ration it or I won't get any myself.
