Charlotte's latest game....spinning until you fall over.......to cries of "I spinning, I spinning!"

The S & H passed his bike test today....he can now ride the customised version of the little 125 he was given last year....it's handy working in the trade...he has got helmet, jacket, kevlar pants and boots...all for the huge expense of £78!

They all came round after he finished his bike test this afternoon....we had tea together....they're back in the morning.....and then off to a family festival/fun day in the park......and back here to spend the night.

Fishing for me on Sunday...........gardening for the Boss..and then we'll see what next week brings.

Blood tests this morning....results on Monday..............bp today 148/80.......that's good for me, my diastolic usually hovers around 90-95.....and I had it taken just after I'd driven and had a fag....and I'd forgotten to take my meds....so it could have been a lot lower .
